Payment, Shipping & Returns



We offer the following payment options for local (within Pakistan) and international (everywhere else) orders:

  • Credit/Debit Card (local plus international orders)
  • Cash on delivery (local orders only)
  • Inter-bank or online funds transfer (local orders only)

Note: All orders will be processed in PKR. If your delivery is outside Pakistan, your bank statement will reflect the payment in your local currency at the latest exchange rate. 



Shipping rates

We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.

International delivery is available for most countries via UPS or DHL at the following rates:

Each extra 1.0 kg PKR 1,000/-



Delivery time

Delivery of local orders takes between 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery of international orders takes between 6 to 8 working days.

We ship all orders within two working days of having received them unless the product is on 'Pre-order'. 

Pre-order: Products marked as 'Pre-order' are usually under production and take an extra 05 to 08 days to deliver.


Return & exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange and refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of its delivery date (for local orders only).
  • The product is returned in its original condition. (Make sure you pack the product properly in an appropriate box. We will not accept responsibility if the products gets damaged along the way.)
  • In case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay any difference in the rates in advance or at the time of delivery.
  • The customer will return the product at their own cost.
  • BN may deduct its initial delivery cost from the refund depending on the reason for the refund.
  • It can take up to two weeks for the refund to be processed. 
  • International customers should contact us on before initiating a return or exchange.

For within Pakistan, you can use the pick-up service offered by TCS by calling 111-123456 or Leopard's Courier by calling 111-300-786. Once again, please ensure that the product is packed properly and in an appropriate box so it does not get damaged along the way.


Lifetime commitment

At Bear Necessities we believe in making customers for life which is why we offer free lifetime repairs and refurbishment of all our products. This includes everything from waxing/polishing, to replacement of accessories, to restitching (please note there may be some repairs which we may not technically be able to perform).

To get your product refurbished, please get in touch with us regarding the issue beforehand and then ship us the product to our Pakistan address. We'll take care of the rest. :)
