We would just like to let you know that we do wax/polish each and every product it is shipped. This is part of our SOP's and it is not possible that we would have mailed your bag without doing so.
It appears that your parcel was delayed as well as roughly handled by the courier company which resulted it the box tearing and the dust getting in. We have forward your complain and will try to make sure that that this does not happen in future.

As for the shade of the bag being lighter than the photos, this is something we face time to time due to our suppliers. However, our aim is to never ship a product which we're not fully satisfied with and we offer quick returns and exchanges in the case the customer doe not like it.
