Where are you based?
Our workshop is located in Karachi, Pakistan while we have a small warehouse space in Toronto, Canada where we accept returns and ship some of our stock from.
Where are the products shipped from?
Your order will most likely be shipped from Karachi, Pakistan using DHL or FedEx couriers.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery may take up to 6-10 working days which includes the processing time for the order. Delivery of products on pre-order may take longer as they are under or scheduled for production. For a full delivery timeline, go here.
What are your delivery charges?

What kind of leather do you use?
We use either full-grain crazyhorse leather or a textured two-tone vegetable-tanned leather. Both types of leather are made from buffalo hides. For more details on our leather, go here.
Will the product i receive look exactly like what is shown on the website?
Not always. You may find some slight variation in the color, pattern and texture of the product you receive due to natural variations in the leather, your screen resolution, or the lighting source in the reference picture. No two animal hides are exactly the same and we do not use pigmented or chrome-tanned leather which glosses over all the natural markings like wrinkles, bruises, etc. This is what makes your product unique. What if the product i receive is defected or i do not like it?
If the product you receive has a defect, you can return it for no cost for a refund or exchange.
If you do not like the product for any reason other than a defect, you can still return it at your own cost for a refund or exchange.

Are all your products handmade?
Absolutely. Our experienced craftsmen perform the entire manufacturing process by hand using different tools of the trade. However, the products are not hand stitched aside from some of their small components.
How do I care for my product?
To care for your BN product, simply apply a good quality leather wax or conditioner on it every four to five months. This would hydrate the leather and make it soft and supple, lessen (but not eliminate) the appearance of scratches and scruffs, make the leather more water resistant (but never waterproof), and just make the leather more durable overall.
Do you do corporate/bulk orders?

Do you make custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not make custom products. Custom products/orders take a long time to prepare due to the sampling required and thus their cost ends up running too high. Being a small team, this also comes at a cost of our own production.
However, if you would like some small modification done to one of our existing designs, we may be able to cater to that. Do get in touch with us on hello@bnbags.com to see how we can accommodate you before placing an order in such a case.
Do you do custom engraving?
At the moment we do not offer any engraving of names, initials, etc.
