Shipping charges
We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
Shipping charges of international orders start from Rs.9,000 PKR and vary with the order value. You will be shown the exact rate during checkout.
Delivery time
Within Pakistan
Your order will be delivered in approximately 10–14 days. Once your order is confirmed, it is added to our production queue, where it typically takes around 10 days to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch.
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. Some orders may be delivered sooner, and an estimated delivery timeline will be shared with you during your order confirmation call.
International orders
International orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.

Return & exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange and refund (store credit) under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original condition. Make sure you pack the product properly in an appropriate box. We will not accept responsibility if the product gets damaged during the return.
- The customer must pay any difference in price between the original and exchange product before or at the time of delivery.
- Refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used anytime to purchase a new product from the BN online store.
- The customer will return the product at their own cost unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- International customers should contact us at hello@bnbags.com before initiating a return or exchange.

Within Pakistan, you can use the pick-up service offered by TCS by calling 111-123456 or Leopard's Courier by calling 111-300-786. Please ensure that the product is packed properly and in an appropriate box so it does not get damaged along the way.
Lifetime Repairs & Refurbishment
At Bear Necessities, we believe in creating customers for life. That's why we offer free lifetime repairs and refurbishment on all our products.
This includes everything from waxing and polishing to restitching and the replacement of hardware and accessories. While we do our best to restore every product, some repairs may not be possible or may require an additional charge if replacement materials or extensive work are needed.
To have your product repaired or refurbished, simply get in touch with us via email, social media, or WhatsApp with a brief description of the issue and ship the product to us. We'll take care of the rest. :)
