The shipping charges do not cover the cost of local taxes or duties which, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. Some regions like the US and Australia almost never have these charges, while others may.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange and refund under the following conditions:

  • The product/order is returned within 20 days of its delivery date.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.
  • If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the description on our website, we will share a shipping label with you for the return. In such a case, we suggest that you get in touch with us via email as soon as possible.
  • If the customer changes their mind and does not like the product for any reason other than a defect, they will have to bear the cost of returning the product.
  • Please allow between 03-05 working days from the delivery of your returned order for the refund to be processed.

Warranty

At Bear Necessities, we want to be a part of your life's adventure, therefore our products are covered by a lifetime repair warranty under the following condition:

  • The product breaks or comes apart on account of material or craftsmanship
  • The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to us for repair
  • The product is not damaged due to abuse or neglect

Once the product is shipped to us, we will do our best to repair it and ship it back to the customer at our own cost in the least possible time.
